With over 25 years of experience as a highly accomplished HR and People Director, Stephanie combines a distinguished career as a Royal Navy Commissioned Officer with a deep understanding of organisational leadership and commercial acumen. Her expertise spans HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organisational development across multi-site operations in the UK and Europe.

In addition to her HR experience, Lil has a rich background in community-focused roles, including volunteering with the Major Crimes Imaging Department and the Citizens Advice Bureau, as well as managing a dispute resolution service.
